Great stay for a short visit in Barcelona, would probably want to stay closer to the Gothic Quarter if I went back. They also didn’t have breakfast available, I think they had Reno’s so not convenient. But the room was lovely and the staff was kind.

Room was nice, staff at front desk were nice. Room had a nice balcony. Good location. Pillows were horrible, there were no face cloths or Kleenex/tissue. The room was very hot for us Canadians and there was no ability to adjust the temperature from the room. We were forced to sleep with our door to the balcony open because of the heat but quickly learned that Barcelona gets really loud at night with people yelling and partying on the street until at least 0530. No sleep because of the temperature, noise and pillows.

The room was in good condition and the staff was great! The staff was kind, helpful and curteous. The biggest problem was lack of soundproofing, noise and the people on our floor: slapping doors repeatedly, and making lots of noise at all hours even 2 a.m (someone eventually complained to one of the guests making noise). There were 2 rooms that seemed to know each other and people from one room call out and scream the names of the other folks in the other room at the very opposite of the floor. We were on the second floor and most of the staff (even the cleaning lady) could see this was a problem but none of them seemed to comment to the guests to follow proper hotel etiquette. This was disappointing since we had stayef in this hotel before and had a totally different experience in the past. We had a second stay planned but decided to cancel as a result (we could barely get any sleep).

While this property was very beautiful, and the staff were very friendly- our room backed onto an alley that proved to be very loud every night from 4 am on. Once the partying stopped, construction started- loud location. Our room was beautiful and the children appreciated the separate beds. Close to fantastic shopping and restaurants, but far from the Sagrada, the Gothic Quarter, and Park Guell.

Reception and checkin very fast and customer oriented. They helped with few things I needed that wasn’t planned. The hotel is great, room very spacious and perfectly clean and warm. Breakfast amazing and again staff very helpful.

Location is amazing. Staff very friendly, but the suite I had, looked more like an old office. It felt strange. The airconditioning made a very loud noise, too loud to keep it on at night and you also hear noise from the streets.

This property was the first hotel I ever stayed at in Barcelona. It had everything I needed to get ready and to go out and enjoy my other activities in the area. Alex at the front desk was amazing. My friend that I was traveling with had needed some hot tea during the late evening hours and he went out of his way to make it for her. It’s the little things like that that truly make memories and have an impact on guests. Thank you for the amazing customer service. We will return. ❤️
