We arrived in the morning and a room was available for immediate chech in. Was appreciated, as we were jet lagged. Steps from Plaza Catalunya, with easy access to transportation, shopping, restaurants, etc. Small boutique hotel, very clean, a bit quirky, but we enjoyed it.

Starting from the front desk, they were very welcoming, that set the tone. Loved the modern art decorations in the public spaces and the bedroom, perfect for being in Barcelona. We were in a suite with a terrace, it’s a very large room with a very interesting decoration and layout. The view from the terrace was wonderful! The breakfast had everything we needed to start our day. The hotel is extremely close to everything, especially the walkable parts of the city and transportation to get anywhere else you want to be in Barcelona. Loved our stay, this was our first time staying in a Roommate hotel, and now we will be looking for them in other cities when we stay in Europe.

There’s a lovely courtyard where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine, very peaceful.
This is part of the dining area, I love the colorful decorations.
Another place to hang out and enjoy some time eating or meeting with friends or reading a book, etc.

Great value and the great location

Great location! 2 minutes walk to the biggest department store and airport bus stop. Walk to shopping and all the entertainment is super easy, and has tiny supermarket across the street to get snack or drinks. Loved the 1st floor lounge to hang out or to just chill. The room is not super spacious but it’s a reasonable size in Europe. Clean and modern room, nice rainforest shower. Great value!

Great location!

This hotel is extremely well located! Near all public transportation and an easy walk to the Gothic Quarter. The service and staff were top notch .. extremely friendly and helpful. They have a very good breakfast buffet. Our room was quite small, but everything was very clean. I would recommend this hotel if you want reliable simplicity!!

Fantastic hotel great location.

I had lovely service from the guys on the desk and the people at breakfast too. My stay was very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic. Just 20m from the airport bus stop at Place Cataluna and very close to La Rambla and many more sites. I will definitely come back with my husband to see my son again.

Everything was perfect: a spacious room with a large deck on the top floor; unique modern design; best location; very friendly and enthusiastic staffs; very good breakfast... It really added a lot of value to our whole trip. We will definitely come back because we love Room mate Pau and we love Barcelona!
