Stayed in a private room so can’t comment on the shared dorms, but very clean and nice and staff were very helpful! They have a kitchen but it gets locked at 11pm so just worth bearing in mind

Staff were so kind and communicated very well. I was travelling alone as a 20 year old woman and I felt perfectly safe at all hours. Very quiet and people kept more to themselves. Amazing experience overall!!!!!

Personal del hotel muy grosero. falta de comunicación entre los distintos turnos de personal. Habitaciones compartidas con otras personas con un olor a suciedad muy fuerte... very rude staff. lack of communication between staff shifts. rooms shared with other people really smelled dirty...
