Perfect hotel if you are visiting an international student. This hotel is located right next to the university of Barcelona‘s international student housing. It was so convenient to be right next-door to our studying-abroad-daughter when we visited her. It’s also a quick walk to two different metro stops and a slightly longer, but very doable walk to the beach. The room was very spacious. It had beautiful large windows to let in the light and help us get over our jet lag. It was very clean. The little kitchenette was equipped with plates, cups, and utensils. There was nothing that we needed that wasn’t provided. We were very pleased with our stay and we definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Hotel self-serve laundry was nice. The kid's playroom was good to give our pre-schooler something to do in the evenings. Hotel staff helped book a 3AM taxi back to the airport for us that went very smoothly. The kitchen and fridge gave us the opportunity to prepare our own breakfasts and some late night snacks. We didn't eat nearby, but there were plenty of convenience stores and a bakery on the way to the subway station. We did go to the Glories station a lot where there is a giant Carrefour and a bunch of food choices.

Pros : 1) Staff is very helpful! They will help with anything you need. 2) We had daily breakfast on-site. There are a lot of food options. 3) Laundry! There are 4 washers and 4 dryers. Since we were jetlagged, we made sure to wash our clothes during off peak hours (3am to 7am lol). Make sure to ask the front desk for laundry soap. 4) Our room was so spacious and clean! We stayed at a 1 bedroom unit, which was the perfect size for a family of 4. 5) Since we were there for New Year's Eve, the hotel provided us with free champagne and grapes to celebrate, which I think was a nice touch. The last pro, may also be a con. The location is a bit far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area (which may be a good thing). There are not much restaurants in the area, but enough if you are not too picky. The hotel is less than 10 min walk to the nearest train station.

The hotel is very quiet and clean. My room is spacious. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful. The buffet breakfast has a large selection of delicious items.
