Approachable and very knowledgable staff especially Johanna at the reception.They accomodate every request even a toaster for our girls to have our gluten free toast at breakfast, many thanks to Ismail. The hotel location is also central and close to metro station of Espana L1 and they also clean our family room every day!!! We made a great choice for our holidays in Spain
