"There were actually in the process of cleaning one of the pools but gave us access to another pool those actually more private and wave some fees for us excellent place great staff excellent food extremely clean nice rooms i'll definitely be going back"

"Very disappointed. Service appalling, especially in bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly but not helpful. ‘Computer says no’ quite often!!!! Our room was perfectly acceptable and we had a lovely view of Mayon volcano. Tried to book shuttle bus back to airport as we arrived but told it was full. The day we were leaving about to book a Grab taxi they rang and said shuttle waiting for us. That is typical of what we experienced. This is not a luxury hotel by western standards but probably is by Philippines standard."
