Property and room itself was fine for a single night stay. My issue was that I wanted to do a late check in and have tried to contact thebproperty numerous times. The phone number they had posted on Expedia and Facebook pages do not work and I even had Expedia try to contact them to no avail because none of the details were updated. No complimentary drinking/bottled water or even instant coffee provided.

Its very disappointing place to stay. very small room, no window, very tiny bathroom, lots of red ants, they don't clean the room during occupied. I clean myself every day for 5 days stay. by the way i borrow theirs stuff for cleaning the bathroom. no wonder why disappointing place to stay even toilet brush was rusty and too old. I bet they don't use cleaning chemical because i have to buy from the store. Toilet paper i have to buy for my own to use. No 1 problem is safety issue. why this property is no window at all? why and how they get a licence to run the business if is not safe for their guest.

Had An issue with hot water , it was late evening, spoke with the owner , they responded that evening , got a hot shower, really appreciated, thier promptness, I do believe the office phone numbers and email need to be updated, at least on Expedia site , don't know about any other sites

This property has a really good location surrounded by malls and overlooking mayon on the room we booked, but the front desk is not always open, it's hassle to check in, and we had to contact them first. They also have luggage storage for guests who will check out to have overnight stays in other places, and go check in the hotel again
