"we only stayed overnight coming from a late arrival from the airport, the staff was amazing they were very friendly, polite and courteous from the security guard, front desk, restaurant crew, pool attendant and the cleaners. kudos to all the team, We felt vary welcome and being look after and cared for. "The property was very clean and well kept. The location is very convenient. You can easily walk or take a tricycle to the SM Mall. It felt a little weird walking through a furniture store to get to the rooms but after the first day, it did not matter. The front desk staff was average, not rude but also not very friendly. The restaurant staff at Paul's provided excellent service! The Restaurant and Estelle's cafe were very convenient and had good options for dining. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a affordable, clean, convenient and cozy stay while in Lipa City. "
