"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. "We enjoyed our 2 nights at Whitewoods. Place was good value for money. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were nice. They offer plated breakfast which is good and have some options. Swimming pool was nice and clean. We will visit again. There is laundrymart just outside the hotel with in walkable distance as well."
"Our recent staycation was largely wonderful. The staff were incredibly accommodating and the service was superb. However, the property's safety needs improvement, particularly during the rainy season. The stairs are dangerously slippery; I unfortunately fell on the stairs while carrying my toddler, resulting in a seven-step tumble. I strongly recommend installing rubber guards on the stairs to prevent similar accidents."
