The hotel is conveniently located next to a mall and has lovely rooms and a wide and delicious selection of breakfast. I will definitely book at harris hotels again when i return to bandung.

There was black mould in some places of the bathroom, the toilet seat was visibly dirty (actually had pee stains on it), and our room safe didn't work even after asking to have it fixed. The hotel looks nicer in photos than it actually is. Otherwise, the hotel is safe, the beds are comfortable, and it is conveniently attached to a large shopping mall with food options, clothing stores, a movie theater, and kids play areas.

comfortable space and good location with mall

Second time in this hotel, staffs are very nice and workout very well, specially gentleman, space from lobby to room are very open, never feel close. They even has a small swimming pool. And nice view in the night just from the window in your room. This year they have foot massage room. Really worth for the value, like to come back again.

Excellent gym

My third stay for the excellent gym and sundeck. The mall is great but note that there's not much outside of the hotel. But the street food at the back of the mall offers the best value authentic dishes.

Hotel yang bagus secara keselurahan menurut saya. Kekurangannya di dino kids clubs yang mainannya hanya sedikit sekali. Kolam renang yang kecil dan sangat dangkal. Hanya untuk anak kecil saja.

Stayed for 3 nights. Booked 2 rooms, was given 2 connecting rooms on the non-smoking floor. Noticed more business executives than families/tourists in the hotel though.

We went to the hotel at 11pm and to our surprise, the rooms are not ready. We have ask for 2 single beds room and only 1 single bed room is ready. This is not quite acceptable given it's way pass the hotel check in time of 2pm. We are all tired out and that had to be at the lobby for quite a while for rooms to be ready.

overall room is clean, bed is comfortable and shower is great. one little dissapointment for the kiddy club, my kid received voucher for free cotton candy, unfortunately at 9 its still not available, and at 11 its already finish. should open earlier. Worst is the parking space..should reserve more space for hotel guest. luckily the hotel staff is very helpfull. two thumbs up for hotel staff

Harris Hotel review

It was a cosy and comfortable stay. The amenities are proper and clean. Location is a bit far from the factory outlets though. Air conditioner was very cold but the technician was prompt in fixing the problem. Hotel staff were friendly and approachable. Overall, we enjoy the stay.
