Although some of the main historical attractions are only about two blocks away, the area around the hotel is pretty rough. Additionally, there’s nothing in the way of food or markets in the immediate area. There is a big shopping street, though, a couple of blocks to the south. It has a McDonald’s and some mini marts. All that being said, the breakfast was good, and the room was ok.

Dated charm

Dated hotel which could still be a gem if renovated. Service was impecable. Breakfast had enormous choices of Indonesian breakfast. Location somewhat run down. But taking taxi in and out solved that issue.

A good but very affordable hotel.

Very helpful service staff, and efficient room cleaning staff. Good and delicious variety of dishes for breakfast. Hotel need to better improve its facilities such as the hotel wifi and room air-condition system.

Good stay!

This is my third stay. The hotel was wonderful. Excellent staff, excellent breakfast, excellent surrounding. They immidiately responded to my complaint and even 'çompensate' me on it which is a very good move to ensure my 'come back'. Room and toilet cleanliness must be improved. Lighting is also a set back, pls make the room and toilet brighter. AC is not cool enough. WIFI not good during my stay. I was told they are having some problems in WIFI systems.

Hotel service is very poor

Hotel facilities are very poorly maintained. It is difficult to close the door. The most important thing is that the front desk service can't be difficult. Let the front desk attendant help the taxi to overcharge the 200,000 rupiah tip.

hotel good. tiles in bathroom did not slope toward drain . meaning a little water could pool there. security guard escorts you to your room of an evening. just standard procedure. looks inside to see if you travelling alone. and if yes you get a call at 1am asking if you want a massage

Strategic location

Our room was upgraded from superior room 117 to grand deluxe room 518 as there was problem with wifi coverage. Room is very spacious and bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Ten minutes to Pasar Baru Trade Centre and to Alun Alun Bandung. The only con is insufficient lighting in the room.
