"I nicely put my skin care and cosmetics on the table and took a picture of it before left the room. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room. Then we never asked for the cleaning service again on the next day."

"My stay at Empress Hotel was a most wonderful experience. Empress is located in a beautiful and safe city, Chiang Mai, and it's close to EVERYTHING. You can walk to many restaurants, and the major markets are all within a walking distance. The people of Chiang Mai are friendly, and the cost of living is low. "This hotel was beyond our expectations. From the welcome every time we stepped into the property to the moment we left, the staff was very hospitable and friendly. The room was spotless and had all the amenities. The terrace room has a private hot tub that is on the entire day and cleaned periodically. The renovation is very luxurious for the room. We found it convenient to get a rideshare into the old city and nimman area where we spent most of our visit. The surrounding area is also very walkable with lot if spas, coffee shops, bars, and restaurants."
