"The property does not have breakfast, which i paid for as an option. The property also will not work with clients since they refused to refund the breakfast they did not serve but listed on the listing. The sheets smelled like cigarettes and had stains. The toilets were stained and missing a seat. And the whole bathroom smelled like a sewer. Left after one night and only stayed that long to find a different place to stay."

"I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Everything was spotless – super clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also a big plus – just a short walk to the big mall and very close to the visa center, which was super convenient for my trip. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, whether for business or leisure. Great value and excellent service!"
