"Great service and convenient location "

"Fantastically clean rooms with safes for valuables; kettle, iron and board, tea and coffee, hairdryer and locely large samsung TV. Lighting in the rooms is thoughtful. Bathroom was pristine. Customer service could not be better. All staff were so helpful and attentive. The pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna were excellent and very clean and hygienic. Breakfast buffet was diverse and can cater for vegetarian cooked breakfasts if ordered in advance although there are plenty of buffet options that are meat free too. The fresh fruit looked particularly appetising. Wifi worked well everywhere."

"We had a nice stay at the Apex Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I left an item in our room and urgently needed it sent on to me. I contacted the hotel and Alex was on it. He had it in the mail THAT SAME DAY! I was able to have it in hand the next day. A huge THANK YOU TO ALEX! "

"We have stayed in most of the hotels around the OVO Hydro. This was by far the best experience so far. The £25 spent for a lucky dip upgrade was more than worth it. The evening meal and drinks downstairs were very good value. After show drinks in the upstairs bar was a great way to round off the evening. I reckon we'll be back."
