"Had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The location was excellent and convenient for getting around. Would stay here again.

Room was ready early so we were able to check in and leave our bags before going out to the local gallery. Room was clean. Staff friendly although when I called down for some help with first aid supplies the staff member on reception wasn’t helpful, luckily Boots was still open but if it wasn’t we would have been a bit stuck. We just needed a sterile dressing.

Place looks a little dated now, clean but dated. Staff were good, breakfast was good. Room over looking the gardens...? a line of tree's. Can't see the garden's It was good stay but little bit pricey for the quality off the room.

The hotel was perfectly functional. Our room had a musty damp smell but was fine with the windows open. Taxis were available within minutes of asking for one to be called. Parking was available and much appreciated. The breakfast staff were very efficient.
