"Very friendly staff"

"The hotel is along the main road which is convenient. The bed was ok. The rooms are tiny but that was expected. The shower handle in my room was broken. The hot water was warm at best. Someone was manning the front door but that’s about it. "

"Th room was amazing. Had a few issues up front but were fixed very quickly. The only flaw about my room is it was right above the restaurant and stage area and was very extremely loud until about 1 am everynight. I wasn’t too bothered by it but definitely not for travelers who are there to strictly sightsee and rest. "

"This property is in a great location in D’mall. The gym is very nice and so is the pool. I don’t recommend the breakfast there. You can eat somewhere nearby with better food options. The staff is very nice. I did the 1.5 hour massage and it was heavenly! The pedicure is not a spa pedicure so don’t expect a lot for 950 PhP. Overall, I enjoyed staying here. "

"It was an nightmare, we counldn't sleep all the night because of talking, shouting, singing, baby crying near our room. And facility was also very dirty and worst. "
