The room is plagued by numerous small flying bugs, which seem to be originating from the nearby garbage room. Consequently, the bugs invade the room whenever the door is opened. Stay there for 7 days and if those days I want to change the Sheets and clean the place I have to pay additional tha paying daily it’s insane "

"Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for. "

"Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes...
