"It's a very comfortable hotel with all the amenities needed to make a business trip enjoyable. The rooms are very clean and functional. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is very good, and they offer room service with an à la carte menu for lunch and dinner, though it's a bit pricey. I also really like that there’s a shuttle bus to the airport as part of the guest service, and it’s at no extra cost."

"We stayed here during a family vacation and were blown away by this beautiful property that’s located in Bajos del Toro, a truly spectacular location in central Costa Rica. William, the owner happened to be there during our visit and both he and Viktor, his business partner, were welcoming and helpful - truly lovely people. The beds were comfortable, the property was clean and well-equipped, and my husband and I thoroughly enjoyed drinking our coffee on the back porch overlooking the waterfall. Our kids also loved the loft. William also told us about Melvin and Ana, who come through the town Mondays and Tuesdays selling produce in a bus. They also were amazing people and we really enjoyed our conversation with them as we shopped for fruit and vegetables. If you’re ever in the area, you must stay here. We definitely will be back!"
