"Very nice hotel within walking distance from NCE Terminal 1. Tram stop (free) is also right there if you need to go to Terminal 2. Bit dated but very comfortable and they had good music in the outdoor bar at night. The general manager was very nice. ...No gym but you can run to the Promenade. I'd stay again."

"The hotel was handy to a tram stop to get into Nice. It was about 10/15 minute walk to the Augustin Train station which was good as we travelled around the riviera. The room was clean but we had to ask for a change of towels when we needed them. There wasn’t the usual friendly reception from staff that we have had on our many travels in other hotels but it didn’t ruin our holiday. The French Riviera is stunning. The hotel was in an area of Nice that you wouldn’t want to explore but the value for money made it worth the stay and the tram was so handy it didn’t matter but I think if I was a female on my own I might feel intimidated in the area but felt okay with my husband. Overall it was a good hotel and great it was clean."

"Fantastic modern base with great transport links Very well situated hotel, 5 minute walk from Parc Phoenix and the tram line, and close to the train station. The studio was spacious, clean and modern. Kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals, air-conditioning was perfect and soundproofing was excellent. We loved the rooftop pool - warm and a lovely way to end the evening, with a great view of the runway and planes taking off. It is on the small side and can get busy, and it closes at 8pm which was our only complaint. The area is a bit more downtown, but we found a few local shops with everything we needed. Super easy to jump on the tram day or evening, and only 10 minutes to the airport the other way. Great for day trips too - train to Monaco was 9 euros return. Tip: Take the L2 / L3 towards Port Lympia for the beautiful parts of Old Nice, and download the tram app - 2 day ticket is 13 euros or 7 day for 20 euros for unlimited travel."

"Great small hotel. Great location from public transportation and airport. Easy to ride tram in downtown or beach. Staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. I lost my bracelet at the hotel and the hotel was able to retrieve it. They will keep it until I can send someone for pickup."

"The staff were amazing. We got there much earlier than planned and because we had two kids and lots of luggage we asked if we could access the room early. Not only was that ok, they chased up the cleaning staff to get the room ready as early as possible. The room was large and clean. Decent quality free shower gel and shampoo. Air con and very good double glazing meaning it cooled down and we didnt hear the airport, roads or trains! And black pit curtains meant a good sleep. Close to the tram stop (Parc Pheonix). Would go there again!"
