"A lovely stay at this property with our 2 year old.The apartment had everything we needed and communication with the host was very good There are steep hills to access the property by car or foot so bear that in mind but we managed fine with a pram and a car its just worth noting Handy to have laundry facilities on site aswell. "Good location near to tramway and duomo"

"The rooms are old with minimal furniture. These are accommodations offered to students and by those standards, the condition is pretty poor, The bed was very high and not comfortable, the size was small and the room comforts were pretty poor considering the tariff Social Hub charged. The only positive thing, I can say is that it has a nice roof top bar. Very disappointed."

"The hotel was in a good location and walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good also. Room was small for 3 people which is expected in Europe. Our only complaints were that the walls were very thin and we could hear people through the walls and the beds weren’t comfortable at all. So hard, even the pillows were hard."
