Our trip to Florence was enhanced by our stay at Palazzo Mannaiona Suites. Loved our location as it was a bit out of the craziness of the core but a super short walk when we wanted to be immersed in the Florence energy. Novella welcomed us at the door and made our stay special and warm. She attended to needs we did not know we would need. We will definitely be back and stay here again. Our room was spacious, clean and well equipped on the 5th with a wonderfu balcony and views. Thank you Novella!

I cannot rate this accommodation more highly: great location in Spirito, warm welcome, well equipped apartment with kitchenette, terrace and view out onto the church. Very comfortable bed and high-quality bedding. Will definitely return - thank you for your hospitality!

Lovely, quiet apartment (room 5) with view of the Basilica di Santo Spirito. Clean, well equipped, perfect for a 3-night stay. Very comfortable bed. Hosts very helpful and knowledgeable. Local Trattoria Sant'Agostino well worth a visit for dinner. Would stay here again.

Great location in a quiet neighbourhood close to all the main attractions. Clean property. Check in/out was quick. We were able to borrow an adapter. AC worked well as it was 38 degrees Celsius. I took a star away because the toilet was ridiculously hard to use. Had to pump like 20-30 times to get it to flush. Shower was always cool, no hot water and lack of shelves/space for toiletries was annoying. Overall great value. I would stay there again but maybe a different room.

An absolute gem in Florence! Palazzo Mannaioni Suites was amazing, from the ideal location and beautiful room views to the exceptional staff. As first-time visitors to Italy, my wife and I spent a lot of time researching where to stay, and this property lived up to every rave review. The bed was comfortable, the A/C was cold, and the staff were helpful and kind. After experiencing major train delays, we were stressed about missing the check-in window, but the staff settled our nerves with prompt communication. When we finally arrived, Maria greeted us warmly at the door and showed us around. This place is conveniently located near good restaurants and attractions. We’ve already recommended it to friends visiting soon, and it will definitely be our first choice when we return.
