"This was a very nice little stay for my family of 5. We got in REALLY late and had issues opening the door. I called and got an answer right away. The wifi puck wouldn't hold a charge, so the wifi was spotty but other than that it was perfect. I should mention that I didn't call or email about the wifi so I can't speak to their responsivness on that. I assume it would have been fixed if I'd reached out. It just wasn't that important to me. The AC is AMAZING! I will book again when I come back...

"Hotel was clean and the service was excellent really nice and polite people. The bathroom and actual room were separated but we didn’t have to share it with anyone which was good. The street is maybe little but dangerous but place is near a bigger street so it wasn’t a big problem. "

"L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo storico, affaccia solo in un cavedio perciò non ha alcuna finestra alla luce diretta ed é molto umido. Pur avendo soggiornato in aprile faceva freddo. Il termoarredo presente era guasto. Gli organizzatori ce ne hanno fatto pervenire uno nuovo il giorno seguente. Inoltre, pur avendo prenotato per 4, la casa era allestita per 2. "Perfect location very close to railway station and the old town, bars and museum. The place is old and veary, som things broken but the bed was comfy. Its okey if you just want a place to sleep and dont care about noise and dirt."

"Shared bathroom means you could be waiting a while to use it. At time of my bathroom was occupied for almost an hour by 2 women in other room so you can be in trouble if you urgently need to use toilet as there are no other options, at least none I was made aware of. Also the place can be very noisy. Room was adjoining front entrance and you could hear people coming and going."
