Hotel agréable près de la mer

Hotel agréable et très bien situé tout prés de la mer et à proximité des transports en commun. Personnel agréable. Parking à proximité compris et donc très pratique. Seul petit bémols la chambre aurait besoin d'être rafraîchie (peinture écaillée au plafond et stratifié au sol dégradé). Bon rapport qualité prix

La struttura non è in posizione centrale a Genova ma molto meglio cosi perchè è in posizione tranquilla e vicina a fermate Bus e Stazione del Treno da cui si può arrivare ovunque in pochi minuti. Il plus di questo hotel è assolutamente il parcheggio privato e la comodità e pulizia delle camere. Personale sempre molto attento e disponibilie per ogni necessità.

Lovely place

Excellent hotel near the sea. Friendly and helpful staff, immaculate towels, clean and comfy beds and modern, tidy rooms. We had everything we needed in our standard family bedroom. Breakfast was basic but delicious. Front desk extremely helpful. Recommended without a doubt.

👍 Posizione comoda alla stazione/mezzi pubblici; bagno nuovo e funzionale; pulizia generale buona; terrazzino personale. 👎 Parcheggio dell’hotel occupato da mezzi di lavoro, di altri ospiti, che impedivano di uscire/entrare quando lo si desiderasse (la sera); dal secondo giorno abbiamo preferito lasciare l’auto in strada. Colazione: in fase di prenotazione avevamo scelto di fare la colazione in struttura (50€ in più per due persone) e una volta giunti in hotel scopriamo che la nostra colazione, causa Covid, sarebbero state delle merendine ed un bollitore in stanza. Pulizia della stanza: nel complesso positiva, peccato che fosse effettuata da personale che non indossava la mascherina e la nostra stanza non fosse mai pronta prima delle 15. Nel complesso non siamo rimasti soddisfatti e riteniamo che la struttura sia troppo cara per i servizi offerti.

Hotel Iris June 2019

Set back from sea-front - 200-300m. Plenty of parking. Train station within walkable distance for trips into Genoa. Clean room. Effective air conditioning. Modern bathroom/great shower. We were looking onto buildings in fairly close proximity. The room opposite was over the side street and looked lighter. No restaurant but excellent options on the sea-front (grilled fish at Mau Gio was best value meal on our tour). Coffee and ice-cream at the corner café excellent and friendly bars in proximity and on the beach. Good continental breakfast buffet. We would book at this hotel again.

Quaint hotel, all ammenities, near Genoa

As we are traveling Italy by bike, the hotel was very accommodating upon check in with a secure storage space. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean and offered all the necessary amenities. There was a nice patio off of the room and was a welcome addition to enjoy a nice bottle of Italian wine. The hotel is located a few minutes walking from the beach and the center of town - complete with ATM, a great focacceria with wonderful food and a gelateria. The breakfast was typical Italian with everything fresh complete with good coffee. We would recommend Hotel Iris highly.
