"The window lock was broken and couldn't open, the toilet seat was loose, the chair has a screw came off and not balance, no fridge for storing cold drink, the facilities didn't mention the age limit so we couldn't go to the sana room as planned when we booked it. "

"Although the main area was a little dated the rooms were modern, clean and had all necessary amenities. The staff were fabiulous so welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was exceptional. Special shoutout to Liz who looked after us during breakfast (fabulous service and a genuinely nice person) and th gentleman who was th night porter. Both outstanding members of staff who delivered excellent service "

"Well stocked bar serving good meals.Very reasonable weekday two course meal.Only strange part was having to go across the road for breakfast.Very quickly offered me a ground floor room when they noticed my difficulty in climbing the stairs."

"I wouldn’t say the room was the cleanest, I dropped something from my case which went under the bed and oooh that hadn’t been done for a while ! I was given an access room at street level, but it was noisy, both from above and outside. My 2nd night required earplugs to be worn to get to sleep. "
