"An aging and gorgeous hotel, but a true 5 star hotel, room electronics needs updating, superb service of days of yore"

"Place was nice and exciting but dated everywhere . Food at Benjarong under qualified to charge too much. Pantry breakfast was amazing. Areas behind the koi pond a bit unkempt and needs cleanup and sprucing and around the property. Water pitcher is environmentally friendly but a bit of a work for guests to walk to refill station without bothering room service every time you need a refill. Across all staff, they are ALL amazing."
