Would've preferred a manned reception on arrival although access instructions were clear & sent in advance of our stay.

"Title: Sleek Apartment with Unfortunate Post-Stay Surprises
The apartment is equipped with modern furniture and comfy beds which was initially promising. Towels were conveniently provided, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with all the necessary appliances. However, not everything was up to par. The bedroom had a visibly cracked window and the floor was heavily stained, which was off-putting.
Access to the building was a hassle due to the absence of an entry fob. Guests had to call an...

Bad : False fire alarm at 4.30am, used underwear and socks from.previous guest in a drawer."
