Embassy Suites by Hilton Austin Downtown South Congress
I booked a double queen 4 months in advance, when I checked in was told they didn’t have any doubles left and was given a single king. Very unprofessional, staff was rude about it, do not recommend.

The first night was lovely. The second night was a nightmare. There was a wedding that kept me up half the night. When I called the desk, they initially apologized for the “raucous” party happening in the courtyard below me. They promised they would cut off the music by 10:00, then 10:30, then 11:00, ...

Extended Stay America Suites Austin Downtown Town Lake
Property was in a good location, easy to get to and leave. Staff was nice at check in and check out. We didn't need much but a place to sleep. Plenty of towels in the bathroom for 2 adults. This was our second time staying and will not be our last.
