"Rooms are not very up to date and clean"

"We stayed at the property because of the positive reviews but now I’m thinking they might be fake. I wanted to celebrate in Austin with my wife and have a nice dinner downtown, as she was getting ready she found out the shower didn’t have hot water. I went to the reception desk to see what the problem was the response was that I was out of luck, that the entire second floor shares the same water heater and that probably everyone was taking a shower at the same time (this was at 10pm so I found that answer hard to believe) I asked if there was a way to solve this issue, and the response was that I was in room 205 and that the water also had to travel a long way so there was nothing that can be done. I find it hard to believe that for a hotel that claims to be a small Luxury hotel couldn’t even provide hot water to take a shower, stay somewhere else, you have been warned!"

"The room was clean and nice and big however it appeared everything was under construction. (Lots of noise and construction dust) The elevator was out for maintenance multiple days and after being there for almost a week no towel changes, garbage emptied, or coffee. We did go to the front desk for coffee pods but it was a pain to do every day. Maybe once they get things completed it will be better but not now. The valet staff were wonderful! We actually ended up leaving a day early as it was difficult to work with the construction. "

"Amazing stay"

"Although the 8-10 foot fence around the property made me a little apprehensive, I felt safe knowing that they have taken precautions for that. The room was perfect! It was clean and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful!! The property is currently doing renovations and upgrades, so some parts of it were not accessible. I would not hesitate to book this property again. It is close enough to downtown Austin to make drive short and far enough away that the price is reasonable."

"Property was under construction and was only there one night solo for work so didn’t get to check out all amenities but super friendly, helpful staff. Clean and updated rooms, but kind of small if more than more person were to be staying in one room."

"Its not so much the hotel. We booked the embassy suites and when we fot there, we're told they overbooked and we did t have rooms! Shunted to Hilton, in a less than desirable neighborhood. Hilton was ok, but no where near we booked. 30 minaway."
