"This is the best hotel I’ve been blessed to be their guest. Helpful staff at all times. Great food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The room amenities—wow!! Leather. Cowboy. Yee haw!!"

"Breakfast is sad, definitely not worth the money. The restaurant hours are very limited and the pantry area is non existent. Housekeeping is limited as well. Hopefully you ask for towels when they are there because after like 2 pm they are no longer on shift and you won’t be able to get your trash taken or any clean towels. IHG is usually a great place to stay but this was very disappointing. For the price, we should’ve stayed somewhere else. The only thing I will say is the size of the room was nice as well as having a microwave and a mini fridge in the room."

"From the time we walked in we felt so welcomed and so at home. The front staff lady was the most helpful, knowledgeable and friendliest person we've met at a hotel. She remembered us throughout our week there and just made the stay so much better. I don't know if I can say her name here, but it starts with an N and I can't wait to see her next year. The rooms were gorgeous and comfortable. We already booked our stay for next year!! Definitely recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a relaxing, comfortable and well located place to visit the stockyards. Within walking distance to everything and had a bar in the lobby. Breakfast was great and well stocked. You work there your stay here!!"

"Overall a great value"

"My room had loose bathroom tile making it dangerous to use. The floor had low spots. The bathroom definitely has issues. The bathroom floor had a low spot that was covered over with grout in an attempt to level the floor for tile . But this didn’t work causing the tile to pop loose. The subfloor would squeak below the tile at the low spot. There was so much self leveling that when I stepped into the shower/tub it felt like it was sunken. Another low spot was near the bed. You can tell they used the same idea of self leveling grout in the attempt to fix it. It’s still very noticeable. This room floor had structural issues that need addressed. "
