"I had a wonderful stay at NH Puebla and truly appreciated the excellent hospitality from the staff. The hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a great location for exploring the city. A special thank you to Consuelo from housekeeping, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always made sure my room was spotless. Her dedication and warm attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I also want to recognize Fernanda at the front desk. She was welcoming from the moment I arrived and provided excellent recommendations and local tips that helped me make the most of my visit to Puebla. Her professionalism and friendly service were greatly appreciated. Thank you to the entire NH Puebla team for making my trip such a pleasant experience.
