Our room was perfect. Clean and with the amazing view of the zocalo. But even so very noise guarded. Wish our stay would’ve been longer. Will definitely be back.

Great location. Secure parking around the corner. Helpful staff. The only issue was a persistent failure to provide hot water requiring several calls to the front desk. They promptly fixed the issue

Wonderful hotel! Very quiet and pleasant despite being right on the square, and staff were very attentive. Room was clean and pretty, and the courtyard and upper terrace restaurant were so pleasant. We didn't avail ourselves of the amenities including the massage, sauna, etc, but we'll be back.

Rooms generally super clean. Room 11 noise, above it the bar, pushing/ pulling chairs.Forget to get rest until 10PM. After 1 night I left this room, and updated to Room 10,what is expensiver, but quiet,nice room. Staff super helpful! Breakfast is late( normally from 8AM), but only for me, I've got it at 7:40. Breakfast is not european standard..5 different menu( for 3 menu no drink/ juice), i guess such a hotel, what is one of the most expensivest in Atlixco, should be better, more wide breakfast menucard . Parking by car is " not easy" because of the narrow spaces , and dangerous, if you want to drive out, without help( you can't to see anything from the street, because you have to drive through a tunnel) Generally the staff is super, but for such a price they have some points to improve.

We were astounded by the beauty, condition, and overall treasure this place was for the price we paid. I will have to make sure that we come back again and stay here. However, that being said, I wasn't too happy with one clerk at the front desk who seemed to not be so nice to me. I felt she was a bit prejudice because of my accent. She wasn't very helpful when I was asking for the massage that came with our stay. We did end up getting our massages but it was as if she didn't want to help with anything else. Additionally, the patio has a seating area with seats and she scolded us for having a cup of coffee and a piece of sweet bread at the table. She claimed management won't allow it? Isn't this what tables are for? It wasn't like we were sitting at a desk. Anyhow, the masseuse lady was nice and gave us a very nice massage. The down side was that we didn't get a chance to enjoy the hot tub because it took longer than an hour to heat up and we were already going to be leaving the hotel.

Beautiful hotel right on the Zocalo. Great restaurant at the hotel with lots of healthy options. The jacuzzi was super relaxing and nice. Quiet room. Very comfortable bed.

The hotel is ok. Definitely price is way to high for what it is. The rooms are simple. The dirty rag by the bed is simply gross. The beds are very uncomfortable, they put a lot of pillows on the bed and none is comfortable enough to sleep on. The junior suite was nice size, the water gets hot fast and has great presdure. We had jacuzzi bath in the big size bathroom. TV doesn't offer any channels in English, no Netflix or any other premiumchannels( not complaining, just for information only) They advertise pool, which is silly. The " pool" 1 foot deep with cold water. Jacuzzi next to it filled half way with cold water too. On the top restaurant tables stand right next to it, so when you are in the pool you feel like people expect you to perform some synchronized swimming, because all of them staring at you while they eat. The terrace has beautiful views! The free breakfast wasn't good. I had sunny side up eggs with bacon. Ask for no beans, because I am allergic. The dish came with beans all over eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were crazily oversalted. Not just a bit, but to the point I couldn't eat it at all. They also came to the table with pastries asking which one do we want. We got 2 small muffins. On the end of free breakfast they asked us to pay $3.5 usd for small muffins. No one ever told us they were extra. It's not about money, its about trying to trick you. Leave the bad taste in your mouth. The parking from narrow street into super narrow door.

El estacionamiento es nada practico se tiene que esperar mucho uno para entrar y salir por otro lado, se me hizo de mal gusto que la chica de recepción nos cobrara la lavandería de una toalla de mano que se mancho de pepel china en 150 pesos y la forma, incluso le tuve que exigir el comprobante por solo me quería dar el cambio del pago que se le hizo en efectivo, lo que no resulto poco agradable
