"The hotel is beautiful. The swimming pools are beautiful. The room was beautiful but I noticed dirty bathroom floor with hair and the toilet bowl was dirty. Everything is overly priced. Other then that it was a good experience."

"The front desk staff and the lobby restroom staff were courteous. However, the check-in time is 1 hour later than the standard time , there was ONLY 1 agent working the front desk at 4PM for their check-in time. The wait to be checked in was over an hour long and the line wrapped pas the casino. ..."
