"I just feel like the amenities fall below the standards of an Omni hotel. The bed was hard, my shower didn't drain properly. My shower never got hot, the water pressure was lackluster. The layout of the north and south towers are very odd. The Staff is the best part of this property."

"Not satisfied with overall quality of the hotel. Their parking regulations suck. $60 a night for Valet Parking and if not valet parking you have to self park across the street."
