Roaches everywhere. The staff was kind and accomadating but the bugs were all over the place. If that’s something you’re cool with then stay here, otherwise find another hotel. Completely infested

Room was in terrible shape. Water stains and mold in the bathroom and some type of leak had happened under the floor as there was very bouncy floor boards. TV didnt work, AC was very dirty and loud. Worst mattress we have ever slept on while traveling but atleast the location was next to a good coffee shop.

The room was clean, however the property itself reeked of marijuana, the elevator and halls were disgusting and there was a mentally unstable person roaming the hallways with a dog that would bother you.

The staff was excellent. Let me start there. When I got there the room I actually booked wasn’t ready. Antwan put me in another room immediately. When I got in room 112 the TV wasn’t working. So Antwan put me in room 114. I went in my room and turned on the light. There were roaches crawling all over the fridge. I immediately walked out. I told Antwan he apologized and put me in room 124. I went in and inspected. Room seemed better. Went out with friends and got back. Washing up and the drain in the sink would not come up so the water wouldn’t go down. I ddnt even want to complain. My second night there…. I was exhausted. I was getting ready to go to sleep. I look up and there is a big roach on the ceiling….i got up and turned all the lights on. There was some baby roaches on the counter and the fridge. The front desk was closed so I had to deal with it and I ddnt sleep all night. YALL NEED TO GET PEST CONTROL IN HERE IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Receptionist was great. Rooms are older and need to be updated. A must better choice of bedding is needed; the mattress is so thin I can feel the springs in the frame it sits on. Would not recommend staying longer than 1 night
