This hotel was perfect and super close by all the night life activities I had planned. I sat out on the balcony and listened to the traffic a couple of nights and watched the boats cruise up and down the Nile. The staff were very helpful. I wished I’d seen more people of a darker hue instead of light/fair skinned people working inside the hotel and restaurant.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. The only part the was frustrating was that the park was not explained to us and we ended up paying 60+ on the parking. So be aware that you will be paying a lot to parking, if you will be using your car to get to places.

We arrived at a very busy time and Derrick was exceptional. Very polite and welcoming. Maintained a smile on his face every time we saw him. Room was a good room overall, despite the ironing board being broken. Breakfast was good. I liked that they had different options each day. Parking was good although leaving each time was a hassle. We had to call to the front each time to exit because the gate would not open. Location was ideal for where we were trying to go. Close to our venue 15 minute drive and had plenty of food options in walking distance. It was a great stay despite the minor hiccups. We will keep this location in mind for future travel.

Well I first arrived I was placed in room 307. The room was very dirty! Curtains were filthy. Hair was all over the bathroom. Also carpet was heavily stained. I could not believe my eyes! It looked like an extended stay room on a strip. I immediately called and requested another room. Derrick from the front desk was not hesitant to give me another room. This room was somewhat clean but satisfactory. He apologized and even gave me a complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly. Although for a big establishment parking should be free considering you have to pay for meals. Overall I give this place a 5/10.
