"I’ve paid for parking on top of that being taken out of my deposit as no one communicated that’s how parking is covered. The gates entrance and exit is not well connected through the cards which had us waiting late at night and our last day at the gates, as the people at the property tried figuring it out.
The people there are quite friendly and helpful as they provide a nice atmosphere, I just wish they were as transparent with information that newcomers wouldn’t know. For instance, it reads “spa” on a sign but it’s simply a pool and hot tub."
