The front desk folks (I see the same 2 every time) and they’re always kind and helpful and the young lady that runs the kitchen always has a smile although all I get is coffee! Room was very clean and nice. Staff was very helpful. Only issue was that your only option for parking if you want to take you car in and out is to do the valet parking. This was not clear in the listing and only stated that valet was offered not that it was required to stay there.

The staff here are so welcoming and friendly. Michelle was very helpful during check in, as I was having issues with the key card. The rest of the staff was also great. I loved that I could walk to Publix, Target, the mall, restaurants (20 min or less) I loved my experience at this hotel and Atlanta and am looking forward to my next stay!

Hilton Garden Inn was amazing. I came from a hotel across town that was extremely disappointing, but Hilton Garden Inn saved my trip! If I’m ever in the area again, I will stay here once more. They had 2 bottles of water waiting for me when I got there. Great hotel!
