The Fairfield Inn was a great property the property was extremely clean and the room was spacious and well designed. Though the property was under construction with a little imagination you could see exactly where they were going with their efforts and how amazing that place will look in a few months

The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful (from check in to housekeeping to the facility worker. One thing we thought was needed cameras in the parking lot for your staff and your guests safety. One Big diasapointment for my grandchildren the pool was full of green stuff that needed to be cleaned and basically was out of order for the two nights we stayed. No out of order signs posted not covered for safety etc I reached out about the pool not being available and how my grands were disappointed. I spoke to a young man my apologies for not remembering his name at the front desk as he was leaving was nice enough to get approval for us to use there other hotels pool nearby Thank You.

The room was clean and nice, staff was friendly. Our only complaint was that the parking was a mess. They were busy (good for them) and the front parking lot was full. We went around to the back of the hotel to park and they had freight containers for remodeling taking up most of the parking spaces.

We only stayed for one night, but the room was comfortable and was clean. Major complaint was the shower/tub was extremely slippery and did not have anything on the bottom to avoid slipping. This needs to be corrected before someone gets hurt. One of our guests fell but fortunately was not hurt - it could have been much worse. Ice machine was near our room, so we heard people getting ice st ungodly hours of the night. Beds were comfortable and frig was cold. All in all, a good stay.

Great stay convenient to Truist Park. Reasonably priced rideshare options and also a 3rd party shuttle is available. Tons were large and had fridge and microwave. Outdoor pool was a major plus for my kids. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly . Parth was great!
