"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. "This was our second stay at Hotel du Port. We enjoy the spacious rooms (for Paris-area) with comfortable beds, cleanliness throughout the property, great breakfast, and attentive staff. The location is great because there are lovely walking trails along the Marne, cafes nearby, and central Paris is just a cab or Uber ride away. This hotel offers great value for the money. "

"Great location near the Bastille, convenient to bus and metro stations and walking distance to many delicious boulangeries & restaurants. Lively neighborhood at night but room was good at keeping noise out from outdoors. Noise from surrounding rooms are noticeable but manageable. Staff members were helpful & pleasant, and available 24 hours. Bathroom was very small, but all we needed and very clean. On the last day of our stay, there were issues with the elevator which set off the building alarm twice in the morning which frightened us. Otherwise, a wonderful stay in Paris! "
