We really loved the room, the ac worked all the time during the heatwave. The manager and staff were always pleasant and helpful. The property is close to the Bastille train station, and lots of restaurants. Safe area for walking around at night. Would definitely stay there again

Small room, slow elevator, they use some very stinky cleaning products when cleaning the room. Soundproofing is terrible - I could hear my neighbor doing zoom calls like they were happening next to my door. Staff were very nice though. Location is great.

Location is the best; staff are so warm and friendly. The locker downstairs is an extra nice touch! The room is small compared to hotels in North America but this is expected. We totally love the hotel and the trip!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is excellent; it's about 125m walk from Bastille station, which makes it perfect to explore Paris using the metro. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and there are grocery stores, boulangeries and other shops very close by. Le Marais and Notre Dame are also walking distance. The staff was very friendly. My only negative is that the walls are thin, likely the same for any older building. One night there was a baby screaming in the room next to us from 2-2:30am and we were all woken up by it, but this is not the fault of the hotel. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
