Pet-friendly hotel that manages to stay impeccably clean. Great & friendly service by the front desk, nice details like a warm cookie and welcome text make a difference. Definitely a better experience than any we had from their competition in this town. We visit AVL often, and this is definitely our best experience.

We enjoyed our stay at the Doubletree in Asheville. The facility has plenty of parking and is clean and kept up with nicely. Having a room near the elevator was a little noisy at times but we managed. The bed was clean and comfortable. One concern was that it appeared our one bag was gone through while we were out. Can’t be 100% sure but, highly suspected it. Don’t leave valuables in the room. All in all a good stay. Free cookies appreciated!

I was very pleasantly surprised, and I admit that I'm pretty picky. Eveeything was very clean and comfortable. Exceptional location. The property overall is a tiny bit dated, but actually in a good way if that makes sense? Hot cookies - if you know you know. We are already planning a summer trip so we can enjoy more amenities.
