Love staying at this hotel when work sends me to Asheville overnight. Rooms are clean, staff is lovely, location and parking are convenient and easy, breakfast is perfect for me and if I have time, the roof top bar is great! I will definitely be back!

Most of the staff were very pleasant; had a slight problem with the shuttle where there was clearly miscommunication as the shuttle did not show for pick up on Saturday night, meaning I had to walk back to the hotel. The shuttle driver I had on Friday was wonderful, showing me the shortest route to my venue for the weekend (not the route she had to drive), which was extremely useful on Saturday night in getting back to the hotel.

Clean rooms fully stocked. Bathroom and shower are huge! The very kind gentleman that checked us in was friendly, professional, and efficient. He even texted me after we settled in to ensure everything was up to our satisfaction. Very impressed! The “pantry” in the lobby is very well stocked and this property also offers a buffet breakfast in the mornings, check out at noon, and a roof top bar with music and seasonal events. We are very happy with our stay!
