I stayed over one night at this property on my way back to Michigan. Property was clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and offered a gluten-free muffin option for the bread. On my way back to Florida. I would stay there again.

Great hotel, convenient location

This was our second time staying at this location and it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is nothing fancy, I describe it as a high end budget hotel, but it is clean, very well staffed, and offers all the amenities that make a trip pleasant. We will definitely be staying there again.

Clean and nice

One of the cleaner Fairfield locations we've stayed at. Nice long hours for the pool and hot tub, 24/7 work out area, and friendly staff. It did smell funny when we walked in the room but more of a clean funny, like vinegar based supplies.

Stay was pleasant. We had an issue with our booked room as the door wouldn't lock. Very quickly and professionally resolved. The gal at the front desk (Rebecca?) was great. We had 4 teenage girls with us and the staff was all very welcoming and understanding

The staff were fantastic. Had to change our travel plans and they made it right in a New York minute. Exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Property is kept exceptionally CLEAN. With that said, it is showing it's age a bit - door bottoms needed a painting and more USB charging ports.For the price, a diamond in the rough !!!

Maybe I received an unlucky room but both of the beds in my room were absolutely awful; Squishy soft, like a springy kids mattress made in the 70's. I almost slept on the floor for my second night because the bed was so uncomfortable. Despite my poor review for 'comfort', the staff was incredibly nice and the location is perfect for exploring Asheville and the Blue Ridge Parkway.
