The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was good with a wide variety of selections and it was quiet. We had a quick stay of one night and this was just the Hotel we needed to rest and get going again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful!! And they just loved my Beagle! The room was clean and had everything I needed! Bed was comfy too!! The only thing that needed fixing was the toilet seat , it slid when you sat down in it , but other than that it was a great experience (room 120)

This property is very close to parkway visitor center and ashville downtown. Front desk really helped us to figure it out local attractions and had healthy breakfast.

Good location near highway without being noisy. Small, cozy room, just a touch dirty in bathtub and I prefer warm not cool lights, but overall comfortable for what we needed.
