"This trip was to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The room was nice but there was hair still in the shower and we had a delay of hot water when trying to take a shower. The bed was comfortable but a little too soft for my liking and the pillows were definitely too soft. Be prepared for the $33/d fee for parking in the garage. We parked and just caught an Uber where we wanted to go, which was to the Wharf. That was the best decision because finding parking would’ve been a nightmare. All in all is...

"Hotel did not have reservation. No apology offered. Expedia resolved w hotel after 35 minutes on phone. Parking costs $46 but if you are not a hotel guest, you can book thru a provider for $13. So embassy suites fleeces their guests to the max. Happy hour and free breakfast appreciated. Suite appreciated."
