"Location is excellent. Walking distance to pretty much everything you need. Space was very comfortable, clean, and the bed was excellent for sleeping. Lots of light and windows.
Host was helpful and able to accommodate my schedule needs too. "

"The apartment, convenient and very appropriate for our needs. Amenities could be better, For 2 adults, there were only 4 bath sized towels, 1 hand towel, no wash cloths, no dish towels, sponge or dish soap in the kitchen. Only 1 entry fob was allowed, 2 fobs would have been better for 2 adults with different schedules. The concierge at the Earl Apartments were very accommodating but unable to provide additional services since the unit is managed by the WeHostGroup based in Miami, FL. Communication with WeHostGroup was confusing and difficult. When my reservation was booked through Hotels.com, I was informed that I would receive check-in instructions prior to arrival that I never received. Since we know residents that live in the Earl Apartments, we were able to access the building. We needed to contact the WeHostGroup for access to our rental. I had ignored several calls with a Miami area code and no caller ID. Only once was a voice message left saying it was regarding my reservation. I was told all identification information had not been received, even though I submitted everything when my reservation was booked. Email responses were confusing because the email address was a "Guesty Portal" email address. To confirm check-out, we were asked to submit a photo of our key fob at the concierge desk, however there was no way to upload a photo. Confusing communication, sparse amenities but overall the apartment was lovely, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely return.
