"We had a very nice stay, excellent location and a resort which is smaller than the really large ones. Family oriented with many grandparents etc. Tons for the kiddos to do and well organized. It was great to get out of the snowbelt for a week."

"Rooms need a refrigerator that we can use to keep water cold. Where are the ice machines? I found one hidden behind the bar by the pool. Very noisy. Loud yelling/fight near the fountain woke us up. With a female yelling at a male to “get away from her” seems like security would have come. Our neighbors were very noisy. Up late and up early. I think 4 girls on spring break. Be mindful of where you put spring breakers right next to a family with kids. Pool was freezing. Housekeeping was good and made our beds and supplies towels. Rooms could use a luggage rack. "

"The room booked was not available. Our premium room with balcony had the view of a wall and was dark and depressing. The breakfast was never varied, with no microwave to heat up their basic food. The pool was missing an ADA required handrail. The staff was not friendly or compassionate. They charged a previously undesclosed $4 daily "parking lot maintenance fee. Carpets were stained everywhere. Decor and furniture is cold and cheap. A poor value for the money. "

"Really cute and clean roooms as well as beautiful common areas. Bar and restaurant were good and stayed busy. The spa was a highlight of the trip with excellent services and staff. It was a little bit of a challenge to get a pool chair so I recommend getting there early. By lunch time there were a lot of chairs being "saved" with towels/shoes etc with no one using them for hours adding some sort of policy around this would improve the experience. Overall loved the hotel and would come back again in a heartbeat."

"Moldy shower curtain and edges. Noisy AC 2' from bed. Great location. Least expensive rental in area. Another pillow would be nice. Convenient parking directly outside the unit. Pay for what you get, so no surprises."
