Hotel maravilhoso, suntuoso, histórico. Piscina aquecida deliciosa. Gastronomia impecável. Quarto limpo e confortável. Paisagismo incrível. Fizemos check out tardio, o que nos permitiu ficar mais tempo na piscina. O ar condicionado do restaurante é muito gelado. Fica desconfortável e esfria rápido a comida.

A equipe de funcionários é muito alegre e prestativa. A área verde do hotel está bem cuidada e é muito relaxante. Pra quem gosta de natureza é muito bom. As thermas contíguas no hotel são um show a parte. Mas o hotel em si precisa de uma restauração por ser da época de 40.

O Grande Hotel Termas de Araxá impressiona pela grandiosidade e pela história. É um hotel antigo, preservado para manter os traços da época em que foi construído, o que faz parte do seu charme. No geral, está bem conservado, embora algumas áreas, como a piscina, pudessem receber mais cuidado e manutenção. Os quartos são amplos e aconchegantes. Não são modernos, mas oferecem conforto e espaço. Pela dimensão do hotel, entende-se que a manutenção constante seja um desafio. O ponto mais fraco, na minha percepção, foi a parte gastronômica. As refeições não são ruins, mas o valor cobrado é elevado para o que é entregue, o que acaba impactando a experiência. É um hotel marcante pela história e estrutura, mas com espaço para ajustes, especialmente no custo-benefício da alimentação.

O hotel eh lindo e maravilhoso! A equipe toda é muito simpática e gentil. As termas são um capítulo a parte, com tratamentos maravilhosos. Amei tudo! Algum detalhes acho que poderiam ser revistos como: não informaram a hora das refeições no check in, tb não tem direito a bebida não alcoólica nas refeições, não custava ne? Hotel tão caro já. Na academia, que eh muito boa, não há niguem para orientar com os aparelhos. A Tv do quarta poderia ser smart e pegar Netflix, etc. o jantar, nos primeiros dias foi no restaurante a la carte, Chez Beja, muito gostoso, mas muito demorado. De resto, tudo ótimo! O pudim, monitor da recreação tb eh maravilhoso e o mensageiros tb.
