Um tipo de hotel que atende muito bem pessoa jurídica, já pessoa física é muito ruim e difícil negociar com o hotel. Elaine e Mozart da recepção super gente boa, me atenderam muito bem. A equipe de reposição dos quartos super atenciosas em especial a Carla e ana. Percebi que o restaurante poderia rever sua política de atendimento e preços, preços das refeições muito acima da média e cobram taxa de 10% porém o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Péssimo chalé

Fiquei no Chalé N°1, quarto com moveis velhos e estragados, frigobar todo inferrugado. Tive que chamar manutenção pra arrumar descarga estragada, boxe do banheiro. Chalé muito sujo, inclusive encontramos baratas dentro do Chalé. Hotel precisa de uma teforma urgente. Café da manhã e atendimento dos funcionários excelente!!

Foi muito bom, em todos os aspectos. Desde a recepção na chegada, quanto na estadia e na saída. Um café da manhã com bastante variedade e bem gostoso, a cabana que fiquei com minha esposa, foi muito bom, aconchegante, confortável e sairmos com o sentimento de queríamos mais tempo ali. Recomendo muito a estadia, principalmente para descanso, em breve irei voltar.
