Sem condições de um sono tranquilo.

Infelizmente por causa de um casamento que não ocorreu nas dependências do hotel o barulho de madrugada dos hóspedes chegando não nos favoreceu o sono.

Para o meu objetivo da viagem, uma boa hospedagem

Como o hotel estava lotado no período em que eu me hospedei, tive problema no café da manhã com falta de mesa e cadeira para sentar, além de falta de água quente a noite para o banho. Também a lavanderia havia atrasado a entrega de toalhas, ficamos sem toalha de rosto.

Muito bom o lugar, uma sugestão que dou ao hotel é a seguinte, o hotel poderia investir mais em placas outdoor indicando a rota do hotel desde o trevo da cidade, quem não tem GPS fica sem referência na chegada, por mais é bem legal o hotel, recomendo!

Todos foram muito cordiais, porém o hotel não tem infraestrutura para receber a quantidade de hóspedes que recebeu. Um dos dias o quarto da minha sogra não foi limpo, tivemos problemas para conseguir talheres e louças para o café da manhã todos os dias e reposição de alimentos também. O nosso quarto apresentou um vazamento banheiro e o da minha sogra um vazamento no ar condicionado. O intuito da crítica é de ajudar e quando voltarmos que o serviço esteja melhor e as pessoas mais preparadas. Obrigado

Não emitem a Nota Fiscal

Boa noite! O Hotel é muito bom, com instalações novas e limpas, além de funcionários bastante atenciosos. O problema é que não emitem a Nota Fiscal, que é direito de todos!! Por esse motivo não vou me hospedar no hotel novamente. Preciso da NFe para prestar contas à empresa e eles não a emitem. Já fiquei no hotel por outras 3 vezes, mas agora não fico mais....

O hotel é ótimo. Acredito que poderia melhorar oferecendo a cozinha aberta a noite, tendo um café da manhã um pouco melhor e no meu quarto, o banheiro estava um pouco sujo dentro do box. De resto, tudo perfeito!

Hotel novo e organizado

Fiquei somente 1 final de semana, hotel agradável, boa e nova estrutura, organizado. Preço um pouco caro por Sacramento ser uma cidade pequena, mas de toda forma vale a pena e é o melhor hotel da cidade.
